Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tipsy Elves gear, but if it's not the perfect fit for your party, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in the original mailer or a sturdy box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
